Waste To Wear: Waste Free Fashion Collective

6 October 2019
Nayland Rock Hotel, 1-5 Royal Crescent, Margate, CT9 5AJ

Waste Free Fashion Collective create high-vibe couture garments from 100% waste materials. They communicate the environmental problems we face, by reimagining our waste materials in new and exciting ways, preventing them from going to landfill. After three successful catwalk performances at Turner Contemporary, and Soho House Berlin, we are thrilled that Margate NOW will host their 5th catwalk.

The collective consists of Dream Safari (Art Wear), Erin Laurel Hayhow (Gender Fluid Fashion), Robert George Sanders (Menswear) and Gloria Royer (Womenswear).

Plastic is polluting our oceans and hurting and killing marine life all over the world. As design activists Waste Free Fashion Collective reuse plastic and other shore-found waste to form their collections and will hold this catwalk performance at the sea facing Nayland Rock Hotel Ballroom.
